Saving extra calories

A question about saving extra calories for the weekend. I just recently change my goal on MFP to .5 pound a week lost. Which is only 1240 (so only 40 calories per day extra). So barley nothing extra. So I was thinking of using the 280 extra calories for the weekend or if I had a special occasion. Is this actually a good idea?

I do not see an a problem with saving the calories for the weekend. That is basically 2 scoops of ice cream. Other people have done the saving the calories until the weekend thing or for a birthday party or dinner. I have done that before and it worked fine for me.

Or exercise. That'll give you a few more to play with. 1240 isn't very much. Are you sure that's correct?

Yes I am sure. I am limited with what I can do. I have an autoimmune disease called ankylosing spondylitis. I walk when I can. Trust me I wish I had more calories. 144nw1ph9oxs.jpg

Thanks I think this will be my plan. I can't really do much with 40 calories:)
