Arm falling asleep..

hey all!
Been doing planks and when I do the plank using my right arm, I don't make it much for than 30 sec before. My arm goes numb and tingles... Am I doing something wrong?

Honestly, I'd ask your doctor/a neurologist.
Numbness on one side of the body is disconcerting.0 -
Call your dr. If it is the arm going numb and tingling down to the fingers, it could be a tendon.0

Same with my hands when I hold the steering wheel too long without releasing. Like on long drives.
