Gimmie some sugar

is it okay to have something sweet everyday as long as it keeps you on track? Or should One completely cut sugar from their diet in order to get better results?

    Just make it fit in your calories. Portion control is all u need. I have something sweet daily. No problem losing

    I have something sweet daily. I fit it into my goals and I think it helps me stay on track bc I don't feel restricted. There's really nothing wrong with sugar, in moderation. Your brain runs off glucose, and your body can't tell if the sugar it's broken down into glucose came from a source like a fruit, or from a piece of chocolate.
