Lets see some pictures of before and after weightlifting! I was somewhat of a skeptic about weightlifting until my trainer explained it more in depth to me.

Its great to see posts about woman weight lifting. I see way to many woman spending hours on hours on cross trainers and running machines in the gym and never venturing into the weights area. Part of this I understand is because the weights area tends to be full of grufty, grunting men and I understand this is sometime daunting. But as I said to the young lady I am currently training, 99% of men blick an eye at a woman wight training, in fact there is a massive respect for woman who weight train.
I do think it is such an important part of any individuals routine, men or woman, especially in terms of full body conditioning and overall top to bottom fitness.0 -
