Okay.... so these are one of my favorite donuts. I bought and ate one today- and I can't find nutrtional information for them ANYWERE! Not here, not in any other diet website database and not in a generic google search for it..
I suppose I can just used a glazed donut in my food diary if I wanted to, I know it wouldn't be exact - but it bugs me that this information isn't "out there"!!!
LOL
Anyone have it in their own private "my foods" and willing to share?? Or able to direct me to where I may find it??
:blushing:

i also recommend the croissant and sugar glaze serpartely. sugar in its own has a lot of cals, and so do croissants. so...i would just add like...100-150 cals to the croissant. i am a guesstamator :P0

The difference between a glazed and non-glazed donut isn't extremely significant, and a croissant is lower in calories then a plain donut, I would just go with the glazed donut. It's probably pretty close in calories/fat.0

what type of glaze and where was it purchased?
different eateries use different products in the glaze
also, what size?0 -

i would beg to differ. it totally depends how the donut was made. croissants in general are larger, and have more buttery goodness in them, than donuts do. just my two cents0 -
I think you are over-thinking it. Just log 2 glazed doughnuts and be done with it. :happy:0

Well, I went off the basic entries in the food database.
I wasn't looking too much into it really.0 -
I used one glazed donut in my food diary.
The croissant I ate was about 2/3 the size of the regular round donuts- definitely lighter in weight and made by my local grocery store.0
