When you get out of bed in the morning, DECIDE that today is going to be awesome. DECIDE that you look pretty freaking good today, and live like it's true because it is. Your entire world is just your reactions to different situations and scenarios. Choose to smile and be happy and confident. Love yourself enough to choose the healthy foods.
