Hi i am reading Sweet Poison by David Gillespie, has anybody else read it, and if so, what are your thoughts.

    It's a load of rubbish. He has no background is science or medicine and has know understanding about how sugar functions within the body. The stuff he writes is not based on any sort of scientific evidence. And, yes, I have read it.
