Distance runner struggling to lose lbs

When I first started the journey I went into it like my life depended on it, because it did. My current goal of leaning up before my 100 mile trail race is not doing it for me apparently. I'm also struggling to maintain my energy levels so I can complete my training runs. It's a crazy struggle. I'm averaging 70+ miles a week at the moment, hoping to peak at 90-100 miles before I taper off. My goals are somewhat unique but if there's anyone out there who's been able to run these distances, and still lose weight without bonking on every run; I'd love to hear from you and have a look at your diary. I know my nutrition choices need lots of work so I'm going to try to put my focus on the quality of calories I eat. Anyway, that's my rant. Just thinking out loud and fishing for advice. Have a great day MFP peeps.
