wow....I didn't think I would lose so much so fast. I set a goal of 1-2 lbs a week and I stay very close to my daily calorie goals....in fact, I go a little over sometimes. I'm not complaining though.

Great work! Yeah the first little bit seems to come off a bit quicker and kind of surprises you. The rest takes a little more determination, but if you've learnt healthy habits losing the first bit then that's not a problem. You'll go through patches of not losing despite doing everything right and get frustrated, and then BAM you lose a whole heap overnight. Bodies are weeeeeiiiiiiiiiirrrrrrrdddddd!
