Thanks everyone! I think I'm going to stay at a slight deficit for now and look into starting insanity or some other at-home program (let me know if you have suggestions).
I'm training for a half marathon, so the running is going to stay.0 -

If you are training for a half marathon I would say def not Insanity, you are doing enough cardio already. Insanity is a cardio based program you need more of a strength focus given your goals.
If you don't have access to a gym or equipment I would suggest "You are your Own Gym", "Convict Conditioning", or even "Nerd Fitness"

Echoing the suggestion about weight lifting! Stronglifts 5x5 was the beginner lifting program I started on and highly recommend0

Couldn't agree more...start lifting and don't even pay attention to that scale.

Insanity is a cardio program. Lifting heavy (starting strength, stronglifts) are good beginner programs.0 -

Insanity is not a weight program. It is purely cardio based and HIIT cardio. Your body fat will drop and your muscles will become more pronounced if you start some kind of lifting program.

Strong lifts 5x5 for example.
At this point losing more weight is just going to make your stomach look bigger in comparison to the rest of your body. OR even worse you could end up as the dreaded "skinny fat". As others are saying, time to put away the scale and bust out the tape measure.
You can check this out too, since no gym.

I second this. Weight training with heavy weights will change your abs so much more than doing traditional ab exercises. It is amazing how things like walking lunges, squats, etc. will do for your midsection.0 -
