Well I'm new to this part of the app

so I've been with my fitness pal for a while now and never just used this part of the app... But I love this app and I want friends so we can motivate each other to continue to lose weight together and keep it off... I started out at 230 then went down to 180 then back up to 210 and now back to 182 finally, my goal is to now continue to lose fat but gain more muscle now... Tell me about your goals and your success so far
