Hello all! I've been working out for the last year and a half and it's made a world of a difference in my life. I know that diet is a huge part of fitness but I've struggled for a long time eating well and eating enough to get bigger. I would love advice from anyone who had worked hard to get bigger as I'm a small guy (5'4" and about 130). I definitely have some fat I'm trying to lose but mostly I just want to keep getting stronger! I'm putting this out there to hold mhself accountable and not fall back into the habit of not eating enough to achieve my goals to be a small force to be reckoned with
