I've been using MFP for a bit now but never really got involved with any of the challenges. I am doing my best to read the wonderful blogs and keep track of my steps if nothing else. I lost a massive amount of weight during a stressful time in my life. I shrunk from 180 to 100. I'm back up to 131.8. While that weight may sound great I'm only 5'1". I'd like to lose 10-15 pounds in a healthy way as well as improve my lifestyle. Thank you for everyone's contributions to this fitness tool.
