What little changes have you noticed that keep you motivated?

Yesterday, I wore capris for the first time in a few years. I did not like the way my "cankles" looked so I would not wear them. Yesterday, I actually felt like I had fairly sexy ankles. I sent this message off to my friend because I felt so good. So my question is what little changes have you noticed in your body that keep you motivated when the scale isn't moving like we would like?

Having my boobs stick out farther than my belly! :p lol jk kinda. Although I do have a roll around the middle and batwings, I will now wear tank tops and actually prefer the ribbed kind that are clingy. I guess in general I just like my body way more than I did at my heaviest. I mean I still have fat and now have saggy skin, but I look way better in clothes than I did in the past.

Seeing my arms and legs firming up as well as having the energy to trot all the way up a set of stairs without stopping keep me motivated, knowing that I am doing something right.

Having all my pants and shorts sit so loose they almost fall off. Being able to donate the size 38's to charity. Cinching in my belt four notches.

Ankles, yes! I always had very strong lean legs... almost back!

Most of all, I noticed it coaching; I can keep up to the team now.

This morning I used a new, never-been-used belt hole
