                    Looking for some motivation within MFP....to help stay on top of things, I'm new here and at 240. And down already to 247 I'm thrilled ...I track my food religiously ! It's hard but I'm getting the jist of it  before tracking I didn't eat AT ALL with three toddlers, I found myself feeding them and returning to the coffee pot a lot! So ive cut back , demanded myself to take time to eat three meals and a snack here and there, but I'm finding some days I'm below even a 1200 calorie intake and make myself eat a yogurt to catch up !! 5'7 and 237 my goal is to loose 100 lbs in a healthy " lifestyle" change way !! Please freind me and check out my progress let me know your tricks advice or opinion ...thanks y'all
