Best FODMAP App?

My GI specialist suggested I try the FODMAP elimination diet. I've railed against the idea that there might be foods that I just can't tolerate, but I've been in pain for 15 years. And I'm a hyper-sensitive person, so ibs fits the bill. There's still more testing to be done to rule out other things, and changing how I manage stress is at the top of my to-do list.
Until then, what's the most thorough, but simple, free app for people on low FODMAP diets?

I would suggest the official app of the Monash University. It is not free, but at least you can be sure it is reliable0

It's the most accurate app out there. It's well worth the money, I recommend it to all my patients on FODMAP.

Not an app, but I like Stanford's low FODMAP info0
