In much need of MOTIVATION

This is only like my 100th time trying to get in shape.... I like loose 10 or 20lbs start looking and feeling better than I quit.... :/ than gain it all back than feel terrible and it goes on and on.... Well I want to STOP that!!!!!! I really want to see how far I can go as far as how much more I can lose and also I think I should focus on my BMI instead....Please Add me and help me stay on my toes.... I have a pretty good thick skin I pretty much take all kinds of advises... I know how and when to say STOP tho' ..... Have a great day and good luck in your journeys everybody. <3
