I have walked around most of my life with 18-20 inch arms weighing any where from 235-275 but always BULKY big. Now at 198lbs I feel like two totally different people the guy in the gym whose muscles are just popping and full of blood vs the guy who puts on an XL polo and looks good in it but not like a presence if that makes sense? It doesn't bother me that much but can anyone think of foods that help keep you pumped longer? Some people look pumped always.
I do take Creatine, C4 prework out, Nitric oxide, lots of protein (250+ grams a day 50%) 30% fat, 20% carbs and at least a gallon of water a day..
The only thing I can think of is lowering body fat?

Steroids? Or buy a smaller shirt?0

Ya at my age I'm not using steroids and a smaller shirt doesn't increase muscle pump.

high volume workouts leave you feeling the pump for way longer than a 1-5 reps workout.
People look pumped all the time? I am lost now. Muscle definition ( low body fat%) and dehydration was what I am thinking.0 -
It's a temporary reaction- it's impossible to walk around with it all the time. Wishing to do so is just nonsensical.0
