I wanna FEEL better

I work a full time night job and a part time day job, I've definitely gained some weight working nights and I already weighed more than I wanted to.

I've always been a active person I did rodeo is high school and kept competing until two years ago when I got a new horse and he was to young and he's coming of age and I wanna start again but I'm physically exhausted all the time and never find motivation

I also used to ride motocross and just have no motivation because I feel lazy now when I'm not working.

I want my energy back and want a body I'm comfortable in. That's why I'm doing this, if anyone else is a night nurse or works nights please feel free to add me and I'd love tips, even if you're not a night nurse any help is welcome.
