Target Heart Rate, Calories and Weight Loss

Hello Everyone,

As I was done with my Zumba workout, I was happy to see that i had burned around 550 calories. When I investigated, I discovered that only 20% of my workout went towards fat burn, the rest was all fitness. I realize that I went beyond my target heart rate for fat burn.

I'm a little conflicted because if i work out less intensely I won't burn as many calories but I'll reduce my body fat, but if I work out intensely I'll burn more calories but my fat burn will be low! Is this right? And what's the solution for weight loss?

Hope you all have some more insight!
