    working out so hard you feel you might vomit is a REALLY bad way to function.

    I work out brutally hard- and I never feel any of these symptons LOL.

    I know I worked hard when I hit failure on my reps (for HIIT training) or when my last set of 5 or 10 is borederline failure/need a spot.

    I know when I'm working hard- because I work hard- I don't need to be exhausted to be working hard.

    Agreed though. I know it was good when my face is burning as I cool down and I'm sweating like a beast.

    1.When I can barely drive
    2. When my mind shuts off and my body just keeps on going
    3. When my hubby has to help get me out of my clothes
    4. When I can't lift my arms to wash my hair
    5. Taking it back to BCT-when we "make it rain" (for non-military: imagine locked in a room with no open windows or doors and working out until condensation builds on the walls and starts dripping from the celing...that's a good workout :) )
