I am currently training for my first Ironman Canada in 2017 and I have allocated essentially two years to build a foundation (base) to cover the distance comfortably. I have a crazy goal of turning pro at some point but I take things one day at a time and learn what I can to improve myself and extract every ounce of effort.

My weeks consist of
Running Workouts
Swimming Workouts
Cycling Workouts
Strength training 2-3 times a week

My dream is to qualify and compete at Kona Hawaii.

Anyone who is reading this and contemplating starting triathlon as a passion, leisurely and competitvely it is worth every drop of sweat.
