Crossfit/Bootcamp dig deep or make sure to rest?

I just joined a Crossfit gym last week. I've gone to thier bootcamp class 4 times and was going to go tonight but I barely slept and am not feeling so great right now. I could probably push it and go but I'm taking a day off work tomorrow and was thinking I would rest tonight and give thier actual Crossfit class with the bar a try tomorrow morning. Then I would do bootcamp again Saturday morning. I'm just getting back into very rigorous exercize after being kind of sick last year and am also still kind of getting back to square one after dealing with a major bronchitis thing last month, antibiotics, more than a week out of commission at work, etc. Part of me wants to just dig deep and do what I can tonight but another part knows that rest is important and maybe I should listen to my body. Thoughts? If I make sure to go tomorrow and Saturday I would be hitting the 3x/week minimum I want to go (not including the yoga, walking, rebounding and other active stuff I'm doing). Feeling indecisive...

Rest is important to any fitness regimen and should be scheduled in just like the work is...
