Quick snack that doesn't kill your calorie allotment!

This is just something I found that I love to have and wanted to share in case anyone else wanted to try it.

1 container of Yoplait Greek (Lemon Meringue) yogurt
1 sheet of graham cracker (you choose if you want low-fat or regular)
2 T lite Cool Whip (or similar topping)

After opening the yogurt, stir it well. Crush your graham cracker and either stir it in OR put it into a custard cup, then put stirred yogurt over it. Dollop whipped topping on top.

Simple, quick and a very tasty 'mock' mini lemon pie!

Sometimes I bring it to work with me, just put the graham in a baggie and a bit of the topping in a small container so you can put it together when you are ready for it. (Don't forget the spoon!)
