i seem to have a back that constantly gets in a vine. Frequent visits to chiropractor. Any tips on how to make the hip pain go away, he suggests I do like a backwards plank thrusting into air. (Awkward) kinda like something a lap dancer would do. It does relieve the pain for sure. Any other tips?

    Two areas to consider:
    1) Is this the result of your lifestyle (e.g., seated much of the day, sedentary, etc.)? If so, try to make some changes.
    2) Is this about muscular imbalance? If so, work on self-myofascial release and stretching on the overactive muscles and work to strengthen the weaker muscles.

Those are both good things to consider, actually hadn't thought of that. Could be from anything I suppose. Chiropractor says its from having four kids. Been at home for bout 12 years. So could be sedentary too. I'm clueless.

Maybe make an appointment with an actual doctor? Chiro messed my back up so I am not a fan.

I would consider seeing a doctor that can get you hooked up with a good physical therapist. They can help you identify the problem and then get you on a program to fix it.
