Hey everyone!
So I have been using mfp for quite some time but recently ( 3 months ago ) started Carb Nite Solution. I am very happy to report it's working!! Been losing body fat and working out/weight lifting 4-5 days a week. I try to give my body a 2 day break to repair it's self:) I am 45 lbs away from my goal weight. My question is, Do any of you use carb nite/ carb back loading?? If so, I am trying to figure out if I can start back loading 2 days a week or stick to one night a week like I have been doing? I seem to have hit a plateau this last few weeks. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
