Exercise Tapes - How to log into exercise

I took my very first stab at the Biggest Loser Final Workout Tape today, beginners level which included warm up, intense workout - in which I did use a set of the 2 lb weights, and then a section on upper body strength training, followed by warm down.

Not sure how I log this all into the exercise tab to get credit for my workout. One of the sections is somewhat of a cardio session. Any ideas for the best way to log all these sections?

Someone suggested to me to log it as circuit training since its cardio and weight training.

If you are using weights, then the circuit training is a good suggestion. If you are just using your own body as resistance or just small weights you can also log it as calisthenics (think jumping jacks, squats, push-ups, etc).

Good ideas, thanks! I never would have thought of that since most my exercise usually consists of simple things like walking, swimming, etc. All these fancy terms now!! lol
