Pain is weakness leaving the body!

I'm looking for like minded people to motivate and who shares a passion of working out and dieting! I'm not an expert by far, but I've been a soldier for the last 12 years and I work out at least 5 times a week. T25 has been a motivator for me once I started seeing results. Now I'm doing Body Beast and hopefully jog for the best! Add me if you're interested!
