    It was the TDEE that I used, I went back and changed it to the recommended (by mfp) 1200 calories a day..lets see how this goes!

    1200, PLUS you will earn exercise calories.

    If I had to eat 1200, I'd be eating them exercise calories back for sure!! :grimace:

    I will still probably stay under 1200 but im gonna try to stop with the fast food so much
