So I gained like 8 lbs from this horrible winter, I got lazy and made excuses and slacked a bit but it was brutally cold lol. I am back in the gym but to be honest a bit bored of weights but still do it after two years of consistency.
I'm really interested in trying a new kickboxing place near work. I want to lose a few lbs and I think this would be great and fun.
Is kickboxing 2 days and lifting 2 days enough? Like 1 upper body 1 lower body a week? Basically four day workout week. I don't want to lose Strength.
