I've recommitted to walking everyday during the week.

    Walking is a big part of my training program. I’ll do three days of crossfit, one day of heavy lifting, and two to three days of walking 4 - 8 miles. Beyond the fitness aspects, I find it very useful for stress relief and I’ll get in an audio book or podcast as I go.
