Hi, I'm Cyn and I've been here before but this time to stay for good.

I had a ton of progress back in 2011-2013 with learning how to eat right and lose weight. But, I fell off the wagon and struggled with my eating disorder.

Through it all I discovered how much fun and gratifying it was to lift weights! One of my favorite work out activies. And how proud it made me feel to push for that extra mile, extra lap, extra minute. It made me feel powerful and it's a great feeling! I miss it so here am again. :)

When I first started here I was 198 pounds (I'm 5'2 so this just wasn't okay!) and now, today, I'm 170. Two months ago I was about 155 though...whoops... :'(

I hope to get down to about 110 pounds, eat right for the rest of my life (not scared to indulge here and there anymore), and maintain my goal weight.

Though I know with my asthma and ED this will be a challenge but I humbly accept it and am so ready to kick it's butt!
