Should I believe what I hear?

So many things I thought were true I know now where completely ridiculous, thanks to you guys. So now I have another question. Does it make a difference what time I exercise during the day? I have heard do it super early, or right before bed, and even right before lunch... but does it matter at all when I do it?

Eat and exercise any time it works for you.0

Nope any time is a good time. (except maybe right after you eat so you don't wind up with an upset stomach)0

Okay that is what I presumed but I was just checking to be sure. I just hate when people find out you are trying to better yourself all their tips and advice pours out and most of it is just useless crap.0
