Ive Having issues losing weight

I have religiously been working out @ PF for 2 mths and lost only 4 lbs I'm 52 and try to eat a balance diet.I also on meds its discourging to work this hard and not lose any weight.Anyone have any ideas.

    You don't say anything about your calorie intake.

    Balanced diets are great ... but they may or may not be low cal.

    what are you eating, how many calories. You can eat healthy but still gain weight if you're overdoing it. everyones different. Just don't give up.

    Are you in a calorie deficit? Because eating healthy does not guarantee you're eating less than you burn, which is how you lose weight.

    My calorie intake is 2450 carbs 50 fat 30 protein 20 % is that accurate for a 52 yr old fart lol what should my BMI be just frustrating cause I want to lose weight n keep in shape.

    Do you weigh everything you eat? Can you open your diary? What's your current height and weight?
