    Losing weight and running helps, mine almost gone just by having much less fat under the skin.

    When I had a severe eating disorder and had an emaciated BMI, I still technically had a bit of cellulite. When I realized it was never going to go away entirely, I made my peace with it. More or less.

    You need estrogen to get cellulite, so no, men (unless they have a serious hormonal problem) won't get it.

    But not in the quantities that women do. Women also have testosterone, but don't build muscle as quickly as men because they have less testosterone.

    Now that I'm in the healthy weight range for my height, the cellulite on the backs of my legs is about gone. It's getting better on the tush too. I think it will be minimal within the year.
