Hello,
My name is Kat and I am new to this fitness and counting calories style of life. I am trying to loose 40 pounds and have tried just about everything. I would like to have support from you and I'll support you as well on our journey to our goals.

    Welcome to MFP! I love this app because trying to keep track of my cal intake on paper was not working. Lol. Have you started working out yet?

    Hi Kat, im Jinie and I wany to loose a simmiler amount to you. about 15 kg which I think is 30 or so pounds I just joined and started counting calories today. cheers

    Welcome to the newbies. I've been here for almost 2 weeks. However I was with Tesco 3Diets for 5 yrs and they closed down their website yesterday (UK). I've lost 2 stones and my targets are 20lbs by 5th September + another 14 lbs by Christmas. Please add me to help each other.
