Jumping Jacks for Boredom

Tip I learned that will hopefully pay off in the future: Whenever you're bored, just do 100 jumping jacks! It helps clear your mind and settle your thoughts, PLUS it gets you on your feet for a minute or two. Only burns about 19 calories each time, bit if you do this 10x a day, that's already 190 calories you've burned just by putting in a tiny bit of effort!

    Not a bad idea. Have you considered mixing in different exercises such as burpees, mountain climbers, deep air squats (especially good at activating the glutes and stretching the hip flexors), side lunges, etc.?
