July 2013 Challenge

I know I am about 3 weeks early for July challeneges but starting in July I will take on a new role and start working 3rd shift at my company and need some buddies to help keep me motivated during the lifestyle change. I am hoping to drop 8-10 pounds the first month on 3rd shift (especially since temptation of outside food will be gone) and hopefully keep a somewhat similar pace going forward. I have about 50 pounds I want to lose before reaching my goal. Anyone interested in keeping up with me on some additional daily and weekly challenges added to their already busy schedules? :)
