so I'm currently working out 4-5x weekly and doing this at home.
I YouTube videos or use fitnessblender.
I want to know how should I balance what I'm working on so I get the full benefit?
My goal is to lose another 12.5 lbs and really tone/shape my body.
I am seeing some results like in my thighs, and my strength is improving, but I want to see more ! Don't we all?![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
Any advice is appreciated
