    This morning I did a 15 min. HIIT circuit, and this afternoon I'll work my legs, glutes, and arms.

    5 mile run and 10 laps in the pool...............followed by ten minutes in the jacuzzi :p

    I did strength yesterday so today I am going for a walk for cardio. But I am also spring cleaning my house and getting some extra exercise in that. Housework is definitely a workout!

    Today I hit the gym at lunch and did 15 minutes on treadmill (jogging/walking) and then did weight machines! Actually was the only one up there for most of my 35 minutes!
