Hello!
I'm 33 year old female. I have a low weight due to disordered eating. I'm under strict no e exercise and 2,000 calorie meal plan. I'm just looking for positive help and inspiration. I am having to put a lot of trust in the system. My goal is to get to 95 lbs. I'm just scared how distorted my body will be. Anyway, thanks for letting me join and vent.
I'm looking for some inspirational food ideas. I'm tired of peanut butter. I've got to bulk up on protein and continue Ensure.
It's scary but I'm excited to have a female figure and join the world!

Glad you are moving in the right direction. Question though, almost everyone here would recommend beginning a lifting program in conjunction with your weight gain. This helps some of the weight gained to be muscle instead of it all being fat. This would help with your concerns about a "distorted body". How long is the no exercise rule in effect?0
