Egg database entry question

So I made some scrambled eggs this morning. I weighed them before cooking, and then after just to verify the data (as I usually make a large pan for everyone, and use the "eggs, scrambled" entry).

So my two eggs were 112g prior to cooking.

The nutrition data was:

165 calories
1 carb
11 fat
14 protein

After cooking, the weight was 100g.

Nutrition data:

166 calories
2 carbs
12 fat
11 protein

Are they including some sort of cooking fat into the scrambled version? I can't understand why the calories would essentially be the same, but the protein would go down and the fat go up.

Just log the raw egg entry and whatever you added to them - use the recipe builder if you need to. Don't try and use someone's generic scramble entry when you have no idea what they used.

Except it's not a generic entry.

And I don't have the raw weight of my eggs 98% of the time, because I have two kids I'm making eggs for, too.

When I try adding eggs, scrambled, 112g has more of everything compared to 100g.

    100g

    I'm using the web client.

Right, but I'm comparing the raw egg entry to the scrambled egg entry for the before/after cooking nutrition.

I was only curious if the official MFP entry had fat added for cooking purposes.

    Equal portions

The actual pre-cooked weight from this morning (my post cooked weight was 100g even).

Oh. Now...I get it. Looks like an investigation is in order.
