The Last Straw

I recently broke down and came to the realization that my morphed body image and thoughts on food come from my childhood. My father often confronted me and accused me of being anorexic and a picky eater when in fact I simply didn't want to eat the #%!!*%## fish taco. So now that I have come to feel comfortable I feel ready to make that big change. I work out as well as dance 5 or 6 days a week, but now comes the hardest part... Nutrition. For me it isn't the nutritional content but the quantity. So I need some motivation and some reminders of why I am doing this. If anyone can help that would be amazing
