When you post something how do you know if a member has responded to it? Thank you.

Under message boards, click on "My Discussions". It will give you a list of all posts you've started and you can see if anyone has answered. If it's in a post someone else started, you just have to keep checking back. Or at least that's all I've found. Anyone else know of a way?0

You can click the little star to track it. Right above your post - click that star - it turns yellow. Then on the top where the bell is it will tell you notifications for posts you've starred.0

I am using the web based version of MFP on my laptop. My personal trainer requested some information. Despite my best efforts I couldn't locate it anywhere. I've downloaded the App to my iPad and there is so much information that doesn't appear to be on the web based version. As an example "NUTRITION" sub heading "Nutrients" that breaks down everything I have eaten. Does anyone know why the web based version is different?0

Hello guys. Quick question. Is it possible to change the layout from:
Breakfast
Lunch
Dinner
Snacks
To:
Meal1
Meal2
Meal3
Meal4
Meal5
Thanks, Jordan.0 -

I'm not really sure about this. I know that some people have had an update that changed their apps. Plus, the app for each phone type (iPhone, Android, Windows) is a bit different and all are different from the web.0 -
jemhh - thank you. I'll work on my laptop but use my ipad for the more detailed information.0
