Sounds like I need a food scale!!! Although I wouldn't know the first thing about using one!!! But I am sure I can google that info! I currently use MFP along with the Pacer app for its pedometer.0

glad you see caffeine as a tool. I do caffeine on and off as well. other tools are weighted vest, ankle weights, hand weights. Unshelled sunflower seeds when I want to snack in front the tv.
