Needing Help

I had been doing Keto for weight loss and it was working fine until I began to go to the gym. I have now stalled and even gained a few pounds back
I need help in general because I am not sure if I should continue with low carb or if I should do moderate carbs. I will give you a general idea of what a typical day for me is and hope that will help with my dilema
I go to the gym 5-7 days a week two of those days I have Boot Camp class for an hour and then work out on the machines for 30-60 additional minutes. On other days I do anywhere from 1-2 hours just depending on my time. I work as a front desk clerk but I do not sit at a desk all day, I am not only checking people in answering phones but I also load the washing/drying machines and then fold all the laundry. Before work and after the gym I prepare lunch and dinner not only for myself but for my hubby and our 16 month old son, who I also have to chase now that he is walking. I drink a lot of water more than the 8 glasses so I got that down. I am really feeling like I am failing because I feel I'm doing something wrong, yes these last few days I have not been as good as I would of liked but I get so frustrated that all my hard work feels like it's not paying off.

If you just started working out you will gain some water weight. If you are feeling physically good, then just stick with your plan and give it some time.0

When introducing a new exercise program, it's normal to retain water, that will mask weight loss. Keep doing what you're doing and it will come.0
