Any good weight loss tips?

Does anyone have any tips that really help them lose weight? Like ways to cut back on calories or snack less, and stop yourself from eating junk food? Thanks <3

    Eat less, move more. Weigh and log everything (a lot of people prelog to prevent additional snacking). Work on nutrition, but don't deprive yourself of treats in moderation. And read the stickie threads around the boards.

    Don't think you have to complete eliminate all snacks from your diet. Let yourself have a treat. As for regular snack, find things that you like that are better for you. Avoid snacking out of boredom (one of my worst habits). There are also versions of favorite foods that are lower in calories. I like looking at the recipes people post. Again, don't think you absolute have to eliminate things - just learn how to work it into your day.
