good evening everyone my name is nicole... My friend introduced me to this app which I am in love with already. I started my weight loss journey in April of 2014. Keep in mind that during the holidays I ate ate and ate some more. With work being crazy I fell back into bad habits. I tend to only do well when I am on a routine. I fell off track for about 4 months now I am back . But since April 2014 I have managed to loose 50 pounds and keep it off. Even after my out of control eating habits that haunted me. But now I am back on track . I stick to a very low carb diet, protein, veggies and work outs 5-6 days per week was my way of loosing weight . I started out at 270. When I was heavier I hated walking and hiking. Didn't realize how much more energy I have now that I have lost weight ... So now I hike wishing everyone luck on your weight loss journey . Please add me if you like. Just remember everyone journey is different and everyone must go at their own pace for success .. Keep encouraging and praising each other .
