NEED TO GO FROM FAT TO FIT BY NOVEMBER 2015

I am an ex fit girl. Yep, have done it in the past, got super fit, the healthiest I have ever been after having my first son. I was so fit, I was doing 10km runs like it was nothing, chin ups, deadlifting, Crossfitting and most importantly CLEAN EATING! So I know it is doable, oh yeah I put on about 20kgs in after having my 2nd son, there are no excuses, you are what you eat. I'm no exeption. I am currently 75kgs! This is overweight for me, worse than that I am eating crap, not moving a muscle...
Anyhow, signed up to do a massive fitness challenge in November, its a 3 day tramp, bike, raft from the West Coast of the South Island to the East Coast (New Zealand) Need to be fit by then!! Anyone out there keen to join me on this health journey? Someone who is motivated as heck. Weightloss as I discovered is 100% willpower/motivation, 80% diet and 20% exercise.
