Not gonna lie...I LOVE FOOD!!!

Sooo... I've recently stopped breastfeeding (my weight loss genie) and started a new job where I am at my desk all day. Both of these combinations together I believe have been the source of my new drastic weight gain. What are some tips to over eating while being at the office all day.

*More Insight- My job has like an employee buffet that is free and people our constantly bringing delicious snacks to my department all the time as well :neutral:

    You could try bringing your own snacks and drinking warm drinks like tea with a packet of sugar to help out when you're feeling the need to munch on something unhealthy.

    yeah, it's pretty bad doughnuts, cookies....everything you could think of...But logging my meals on here has helped somewhat, I still get the urge every now and then especially when its in my face. But I probably should start bringing my own snacks.
